• Correction/Deletion of Personal Information: information provider may request correction or deletion of his/her personal information after viewing the information in accordance with Article 35 of the Personal Information Protection Act. However, if the personal information in question is subject to collection by law then such request cannot be made.
• Suspension of Processing Personal Information: information provider may request the party handling his/her personal information to stop the processing.
• The request to suspend the processing of personal information may be denied in the following cases in accordance with Article 37 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
  In case of a special provision in law or the processing is unavoidable to execute the task mandated by law
